I told mom I really wanted to go home, but I am afraid because I know...... I can't study there.. and it's exam week.. the enemy of the book is home. We know that. Plus, I have stayed at hostel since 13 years old. Thus.. I'm not used to study at home.

Anyway, I miss all those home-cooked and Bajau Foods. I told mom, I really really really really really want to eat that, and I miss those fresh seafoods from my hometown. I even told mom, I get sick of eating freshwater fish here. I want a marine fish, and it's hard to find it here.. adapun, not that fresh. In fact, it's not fresh.

And look who came with these traditional Bajau Foods...

Those marine fishes.. and that dish really made my day.

I don't know what it's called. Ikan Masak Kicap? No. It looks like, but it's not. Supposed to be called "Raing Balla Ettom"

This is my favorite of all time. It is called as "Kanu'us Balla ettom". That black gravy is naturally from the squid itself. You just stir fry the onion and ginger with 1/2 teaspoon of oil  (you really can't put too much oil, because it will spoil the texture) and spread with a pinch of turmeric powder. Let it blend first, then only u put in the squids into the pan. Wait till it done. So delicious.

Mom wrapped these with clear wrapping paper. But, I unwrap it so that you guys can see clearly. Usually, this fried fish will last till a week. Trust me. My mama is the best in cooking!

I don't know what it's official name, but we called it as Kuih Bantal.

Last but not least, since my mom knows I am into spicy foods now.. so she brought me this.. it's deliciouss.!!!

After all, mom is the best! 👍👍👍👍😍😍
Thank you mama 💓💓💓Love you so much!
