What do you do when you are in a serious and troubled condition? I just discovered myself that, I actually do not have the guts to consume any foods whenever I stressed out. As far as I know, I can show my true mettle thru a serious condition, but lately, I have felt disturbed.

I texted girlfriends and told them how much I dissatispointing of the scenario happens in this week. Some of them advised me on this and that. One of them shooting the point :
