Remember when I said that I dislike cooking and prefer cleaning? Yes, I still dislike cooking but you cannot deny the fact that I can cook. One thing I never told you that I actually like baking. Not my passion but, I like baking instead of cooking. Tapi of course yang kampung-kampung saja punya level.

So, last week, I did my brownies. It was my first trial, tapi ini brownies yang bukan 100% brownies, because I don't have the chance to make the topping because it was finish before the times. Yes, my nieces and nephews ate them all. So, the moment I wake up, I only saw a slice of the cake inside the refrigerator. Because they think that was a chocolate cake!.

I got this from buku recipe and I made some alterations. It was actually a recipe for Chocolate Macademia's Brownies, since I lacked of the Macademias so I was contemplating to do a chocolate brownies instead of Macademia Brownies.


So, here is the recipe :

Bahan -bahan resepi

Margerin/ Butter 250 gm
Telur 3 biji
Esen Vanila 1 sudu teh
Gula castor 2 cawan
Koko 2 cawan
Susu cair 3/4

Bahan A 

Tepung gandum 2 setengah cawan
Soda bikarbonat 1 sudu teh
Baking powder 1 sudu teh
(Bahan A perlu di ayak dahulu)

Topping 

Gula castor 2 cawan
whippped cream
majerin 150g


Cara-cara :

1) Cairkan majerin dan masukkan koko. Gaulkan sehingga sebati
2) Pukul telur, gula dan esen vanila sehingga kembang.
3) Campurkan majerin dan koko yang telah sebati ke dalam bahan (step 2).
4) Gaul dan sebatikan.
5)Masukkan bahan A ke dalam sebatian.
6) Masak dalam oven dan bakar selama 45 minit dalam suhu 170 degree.

P/s : Jangan lupa letak kertas minyak kat bahagian bawah sebatian, kalau takde, sapukan dengan majerin je.
